No. A single lesson is enough to walk through a diagnostic and leave with a written plan, and the plan is yours whether or not you continue. College Board's own full-length practice tests are free, and you can take one as a diagnostic without buying anything at all.

With the group course and the Ultimate 50-lesson package, yes: both include 20 full-length practice tests and the question bank. The single lesson and the 10 and 20-lesson packages do not, and practice test packs and question bank plans can be added to them separately.

Group courses and private groups: If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in the first week, we refund your payment in full. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded. A group course opens when enough students have enrolled. If there are not enough enrolments, each student who has paid chooses between a full refund of the amount paid, a place in the next group to start, and one-to-one lessons of the same value.

You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.

A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or moved up to 3 hours before it starts. Cancelled later than that, it counts as taught and is not refunded. A lesson whose fee is still unpaid 3 hours before it starts is cancelled automatically.
