Start with the official material. Then fill the gaps.
The core free official resources are Bluebook (the testing app, which also holds the full-length adaptive practice tests), the Student Question Bank, and the official SAT practice course on Khan Academy. All three are produced by College Board and cost nothing. Any paid resource, ours included, is supplementary to them.
College Board resources
Bluebook
College Board's testing application. The real exam runs in it, and so do the official full-length practice tests. Install it early — meeting the annotation tool, answer eliminator and Desmos calculator for the first time on test day costs marks.
Open on collegeboard.orgFull-length practice tests
Free, official and module-adaptive, taken inside Bluebook. These should be the backbone of anyone's practice testing, whether or not they work with a tutor.
Open on collegeboard.orgStudent Question Bank
Thousands of official practice questions, filterable by section, domain, skill and difficulty. Free, and requires a College Board account. Work through this before any third-party bank.
Open on collegeboard.orgOfficial SAT practice on Khan Academy
A free official course covering every tested skill at foundational, medium and advanced levels, with video walkthroughs and unit tests. The best free option for rebuilding content you are missing.
Open on collegeboard.orgSAT dates and deadlines
The maintained calendar. One set of dates applies to US and international candidates alike, and deadlines fall about two weeks before each administration.
Open on collegeboard.orgAssessment Framework for the Digital SAT Suite
The technical document behind the exam: domain weightings, the adaptive model, question formats and the maths reference sheet. Dry, and the definitive answer to most structural questions.
