What the content is

The guides and articles here are general educational information about the Digital SAT and about preparing for it. Exam-structure facts — question counts, timings, domain weightings, adaptivity, scoring — are taken from College Board's published material and each page states when it was last reviewed and links its source.

It is not personalised advice. Nothing here is a recommendation about your particular application, your target score, or whether a given university is realistic for you. Examination requirements, test dates, registration deadlines and admissions policies change, and College Board and individual universities are the authoritative sources for their own rules. Check them directly before acting on anything you read here.

No guarantee of results

We make no promise of a particular SAT score, score increase, or admissions outcome. Results depend on a student's starting point, the work they do, and the time available. Any provider who guarantees a score is guaranteeing something they cannot control.

Purchases and teaching

Packages and courses are bought on this site, at the checkout page for the package concerned. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store card details. An invoice is issued for every payment. Instalment plans charge the first instalment at checkout and collect the remainder monthly from the same card. Every purchase is made under our Terms of Sale, which hold the pre-contract information, your 14-day right of withdrawal and its exceptions, and the model withdrawal form; you accept them at checkout. Prices shown are the current published rates, converted to euro at the same rate applied at checkout, and may change.

AI Tutor time is digital content. It is sold in 30-minute blocks and added to your account on this site as soon as the payment goes through; minutes you do not use stay there for your next practice test. Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded (see the Terms of Sale).

Your account is personal and can be used in one session at a time. A new sign-in on any of our websites, from any device, closes all your other sessions, including one open on another of our websites in the same browser. If you are signed out during a test, your answers are saved and you continue where you left off after signing in again. Sharing your login, or downloading our content in bulk with automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers), is not allowed and may lead to a warning, suspension or closure of the account.

Refund guarantee

• Private tutoring: If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, we refund your payment in full. We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson.
• Group courses and private groups: If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in the first week, we refund your payment in full. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
• A group course opens when enough students have enrolled. If there are not enough enrolments, each student who has paid chooses between a full refund of the amount paid, a place in the next group to start, and one-to-one lessons of the same value.
• You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.

Lesson cancellation and payment: the 3-hour rule

This rule applies to every taught product — single lessons, lesson packages and group courses. It does not apply to practice test packs or question bank plans, which have no scheduled lesson.

• Cancelling or moving a lesson. A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before its start time.
• Late cancellation. A lesson cancelled less than 3 hours before it starts counts as delivered and is not refunded.
• Unpaid lessons. If the fee for a lesson has not been paid at least 3 hours before it starts, the lesson is cancelled automatically.

The text, structure and design of this site belong to TestPrep Education unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts, or reproduce the site's content for a competing service, without written permission.

SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board. Bluebook™ is College Board's testing application. Khan Academy® is a registered trademark of Khan Academy, Inc. Desmos is a product of Desmos Studio. These names are used descriptively to identify the exam and the tools it involves. TestPrep Education is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the College Board, and the College Board has no involvement in the preparation of this site's materials.

We link to College Board, Khan Academy and other third parties because their material is useful, not under any commercial arrangement, and we receive nothing for those referrals. We are not responsible for the content of external sites or for changes made to them.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TestPrep Education is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
