The 20 practice tests and the question bank (4 months' access) unlock on your account the moment you pay. If you ask for a refund, the list prices, on the day you bought the package, of those you have used are deducted from what we return.
If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, we refund your payment in full.
A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or moved up to 3 hours before it starts. Inside that window the lesson counts as taught, and a lesson still unpaid 3 hours before it starts is cancelled automatically. Full terms.
You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
